Text Request Guidelines
At IPA Source we try to honor all requests but please remember we are not a
translation service, your requested text will only be included in our database
if it conforms to the following guidelines:

Texts must be in the public domain, only works published
after 1923 are considered.

Original language (no singing translations) texts in
Latin, French, German, and Italian from solo, classical works (opera, art
song, and oratorio) are considered.

Contemporary editions of the work must be available to the
general public. Rare works or works only available in collected works or
historic editions may be rejected.

Only standard, solo numbers from opera or choral works
will be included. We do not offer transcriptions of opera ensembles or texts
to choral works.
