To ensure the continued integrity of our catalog and protect our valuable content from misuse, we’re making some important updates to our subscription model. These changes are designed to streamline access and enhance your overall experience with IPA Source.
We’ve encountered increasing challenges related to the unauthorized sharing and misuse of our copyrighted materials, including instances of AI systems accessing our content in ways that undermine the work of our dedicated team. To safeguard the intellectual property of our author and maintain the accuracy and reliability you expect from IPA Source, we’ve implemented these necessary adjustments to our access methods.
Key Changes for Everyone:
- How You’ll View Texts: All texts will now open in a new browser tab.
- Why the Change: This is to provide enhanced and improved text viewing on mobile devices, better protect our copyrighted material and the quality of our catalog due to past misuse and AI intrusion.
For Individual & Former Studio Subscription Holders:
- Existing Subscriptions: When your current subscription expires, you’ll have these options:
- NEW Online Individual Subscription: ($139/year) Includes printing. Personal use only.
- Credit Packs: Purchase access to 4, 8, or 15 texts. No printing. Personal use only.
- Individual Texts: Purchase access to a single text. No printing. Personal use only.
- Important Note for Former Studio Users: The NEW Online Individual Subscription is for personal use. Your students must create their own accounts to purchase individual texts or credit packs.
For Credit Pack & Individual Text Purchasers (No Change):
- You will continue to access texts in a new browser tab. Printing is not available. Personal use only.
For Institutional Subscription Holders:
- Until June 1st: You will still have download and printing capabilities.
- After June 1st: You will view texts in a new browser tab and will be able to print.
About Credit Packs:
- Purchase in bundles of 4 ($23), 8 ($45), or 15 ($79) texts.
- You have one year to choose your texts.
- Access to the chosen texts lasts as long as you have an IPA Source account.
